Groundnut Oil

Groundnut oil, also referred to as peanut oil or arachis oil, is made from the edible seeds of the peanut plant. When cold-pressed, peanuts are crushed to force out the oil. This low-heat process retains much of the natural peanut flavor and more nutrients than refining does. Backed with years of use, use of groundnut oil has no unsaturated fat, has no cholesterol, has anti-cancer properties, lowers blood sugar, delays signs of aging and treats dry skin problems.
