Kanjeevaram Idli (Made of Kodo Millet - 250 GM)
- 55% of Millet, Dal + Dietary Fiber Rich source of Protein, Iron, Calcium & Potassium
- INGREDIENTS : Kodo millet, Sooji, Salt, Edible Oil, Copra, Cumin, Cooking soda, Curry leaves, Ginger powder, Pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
1. To make idli batter, add 1 cup of idli mix to 1 cup of curd and mix well.
2. Add batter to the idli mold and steam idly in a steamer for 10-12 minutes
3. De-mold the idlies. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
Premix makes upto 13-15 idlies.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in an air tight container.
