Soyabean Flour (500 GM)

Soy flour is made by grinding roasted soybeans into a powder. It is a great source of high quality soy protein, dietary fiber and important bio-active components, such as isoflavones. It is also a good source of iron, B vitamins and potassium. Consuming soya flour reduces risk of heart disease, reduces menopausal symptoms and aids bone health. Soya flour can be used to make soya chapatis, soya rotis, soyabean parathas, soyabean puris, soyabean dosas, soya bean laddus, soya bean namkeens and tofu.
