White Poha Thin (500 GM)
Red poha is flattened rice with the outer bran intact. Since red poha doesn't undergo excessive processing, it is rich in fiber, vitamin B, and minerals like calcium, zinc, iron, manganese, magnesium etc. Red poha controls blood sugar levels, has low glycemic index, is a good probiotic, is easily digestible, rich in iron and low in calories. Red poha can be used to make different varieties of poha like kanda poha, sweet poha, tamarind poha, etc. This poha can be added to ingredients while soaking for idli/dosa batter which makes the idly/dosas made from this batter softer and fluffier.
